Property Management Accounting Services

Investors Property Management, Inc. located in Boise, Idaho will at all times keep and maintain accurate financial records properly identifying each property managed for it’s Owners and provide a statement of receipts and expenses in accordance with the property management Agreement in sufficient detail to account for the funds of each Owner. Investors Property Management, Inc. will not co-mingle its funds with the funds of the Owners. But will deposit all Owner funds in an FDIC or equivalently insured bank or as otherwise directed by the Owner. All such funds shall be held in trust for the Owners or Owners account or as otherwise provided in the property management agreement.

Collection of monthly Rents:
Investors Property Management, Inc. will vigorously and legally pursue the collection of rents to insure Owners prompt payment of rents when due.

Payment of bills:
Investors Property Management, Inc. will disburse the funds of the Owner in such a manner as to make prompt payment of all obligations as they become due or as requested by the Owner.

Monthly Owner Statements:
Investors Property Management, Inc. will provide a monthly statement accounting for all receipts and disbursements.
Monthly Owners “excess funds” checks

Checks will be disbursed at the end of each monthly accounting period. Checks will be mailed or as otherwise directed in the management agreement.

Year End Accounting:
Account summaries including Income and Cash Flow Statements for assistance preparing Tax Returns.
