• Maintenance software that allows us to track trends on each property
• Only pre-selected, qualified vendors work on our properties.
• Supervision of property repairs ensures that the job is done right.
• We have negotiated competitive rates with our vendors to ensure Owners are paying lower rates.
• Maintenance request forms are available to Tenants on-line.
• Copies of invoices are available to Owners on a monthly basis.
• Recorded inspections of all property move-out’s and move-in’s.
• Courtesy “Warranty Service” requests to builders on new properties.
• Monthly, quarterly and bi-annual preventive maintenance and interior inspections are available to Owners at a nominal fee.
